Refinement of the application form on the site (Bitrix)

Good afternoon. There is a form of application necessary to refine it (the address of the site and visual execution will send a personal message).

Tasks:

1. Add to the "Region" form, another paragraph "Indicate another region." When you select "Indicate another region," a field of entry of your region appears under the "Region" field. The field of entry of another region is hidden if you choose another item in the "Region" field.

2. Under the field of the name add another field of choice "Social Group."

When you select a "Indicate another category" item, a field of entry of its category appears under the "Social Group" box. The field of entering your category is hidden if you choose another item in the "Social Group" field.

3. Correct the style of reference "I agree with the terms of processing of personal data."

Fix the current postal pattern to reflect form changes.
