Refining sites on Opencart

I am looking for a permanent programmer of sites on Opencart. Sites are created, 2 workers 1 in the filling stage - you need to finish. The previous programmer-acquaintance was programmed, went to work as a cabman. TK to refine, change and add on different creation of another site.
Rates are contractual, preferably not high)
