Refining the site and developing

I am looking for a programr to develop and refine the site. Small and medium-sized tasks are required regularly, but on a regular basis.

Now in priority:

- to work the page on the finished design

- to tie to a pair of buttons on the Google-form site

It is also a priority, but immediately after the layout:

- core web vitals (you need to raise the numbers by lighthouse/pagespeed for all pages of the site)

- implement bread crumbs for article pages

- prescribe a disklamer (not for treatment and diagnosis and all that)

- fix the problem with the yoast seo plug-in
