Required programmer-developer for large information site

Looking for a developer-programmer to maintain the engine of a major news website. The site runs on the DLE. Experience in working with DLE (with a large number of ready-made modifications) required.

Now you want to eliminate the vulnerability, as well as to solve the problem with blocking sessions.
Hourly pay: $15 per hour. Tasks can be different.

Urgent need to solve quickly (e.g. something is broken), non-urgent, you can gradually. Urgent tasks are rarely (a few times a year). Clutter - a few times a month. There are still small tasks to be solved during the day (e.g., place branding or other promotional content).
I would like to find a conscientious programmer for long term cooperation.
