The organization, which is constantly involved in tender procurement, regularly sends out requests for the purchase of various types of goods. Emails are not spam as there is no advertising in them. The purpose of these letters is to request a commercial offer (invoice) from this manufacturer for the goods produced by him. (Our organization wants to buy a product, not sell it.)
