Restore Ebay API

There is an old self-written module in PHP, which worked with Ebay API shopping for 5 years. After Ebay broke something, the module stopped working and returns an error 1199, the solutions for which are not googled.

The task is either to restore the work of this module, or to screw the library of your choice.
All access-token-passwords for Ebay are there.
