Restore mail on the site for accepting documents from application forms

After restoring from a backup on the Time Web hosting, documents sent through application forms stopped arriving by mail and they are not available in the site admin panel either. Time Web Hosting says that there may be a problem with the mail.ru service. In the screenshots below, I will attach the correspondence. It all started with the blocking of our mail, since there was allegedly a spam mailing from it. Hosting blocked it 2 times. Now I have removed the blocking, but the photos and documents attached to the application form do not come. It is necessary to change hosting or install protection on the site from spam and viruses.
