RSS news aggregator in Wordpress

Need to create a website which aggregates news from specific sites (rss).

You will be provided with:
1. Wordpress plugin (importing data from other sites).
2. Wordpress theme for the site.

Language of site is English, but you need to add the ability to add other languages (for example, a plugin).
