Ruby developer to finalize the web application

Looking for a ruby developer to finalize the project.
There is a small web application (SPA) for mobile devices in the alpha state, the functionality is similar to instagram, the main back-end in ruby is ready, the server is deployed, secured admin panel.

The application at this stage was abandoned. In the beginning you need to conduct a joint audit of the project, analyze what needs to be improved and continue to fix bugs, to add few new features to test, etc. – in General, to prepare for release and to roll out a working product.

For the project also requires a front-end developer (to add new and modify existing layouts (designs will provide), add js animation). If you also work well c front or you have a team – would be a huge plus.
