Script in php with obtaining data by api

You need a calculator script in php with obtaining data by api, forming tables and the ability to upload them to excel

Task list:
- minimal design on bootstrap with the expectation of future transfer of the entire form to the main site (an example of the layout of blocks lk.wilda.ru/pub/60e63d466...)
- retrieving data by api mpstats.io/integrations
- calculation by formulas and output of data in tables
- integration with the payment system (qiwi) priority payment without reloading the page
