Script media monitoring

Need to write php creak to view the sites or pages for a given search word or phrase and generate the list of pages where these words are.

For example I want to monitor several (15-20) sites for news construction.
All the news read to me once, so I need a script that will browse the latest news on these sites every hour or two and gather me a list of such pages.

The script should be universal, that in the list of browsed sites can be added to any sites and any number of them.
