Skills required:
php 7.4
mysql, postgreeSQL more desirable
experience with websocket
experience with caching, redis, memcached
good understanding of http/https
experience with queues
experience with cloud systems (amazon/google cloud/azure)
experience breakdown monolith applications to microservices
preferably experience in the approach grapQL
