Site edits to MODx

In the process of developing the site, some non-critical bugs and incomplete moments remained isafe-trud.ru. The main thing is a blog, or rather, articles. There is a single article template, which is strictly enclosed under one specific layout, unfortunately, the previous developer did not take into account that there will be different articles with different structures, which is why it is now impossible to place an article with an arbitrary image or list, they can only be in one specific place, in the admin panel these blocks can not be rearranged or deleted.

More clearly I will be able to show the problem when issuing access to the admin panel.
