Site improvements on PrestaShop

I want to modify the functionality of the admin: to introduce a system of price lists (P-L), briefly as follows:
1. P-L - a list of items with prices having "owner" and date of action
2. P-L should be in every provider
Features: loading from a file (Excel, CSV), filtering, sorting, and entering prices in ps_product_supplier
3. P-L should be private
Features: Manual (single and mass) changes of the prices in the list (not each product), filtering, sorting, and entering the price in ps_product_shop, download to Excel

The module is not necessarily can be simply the controller
