SMS notification when the order status changes

You need the following:

Order Processing Page
1) hide part of the order statuses, add a new status "Delivery".
Required set of statuses - Processing, Delivery, Delivered, Cancelled

2) add automatic notification of the user by SMS about the change in the status of the order. Each notification is built according to a template (they are)

3) add a menu to change the pickup point, delivery date and automatic notification of the user by SMS and mail. The notification is also built on a template
