Speed up – load database

Given:
Ready script program (PHP MySQL ), structural base.

Task:
Download large file of 5 GB.
File structure:
1-Room 1
2-Manufacturer-1
3-Manufacturer-2
4-Room – 2
5-Name

1. Downloadable file in the database , i.e. as is, but in sootvetstvuyushie column.
2. Added to the database flag is examined.
3. To reload the data into another table, pre-treating the data.
3.1 the Processor is, it processes the data from the file directly, it works, but we need speed, since 100 MB. the file being processed for 2 months.

Purpose:
