Stripe: Creating a subscription payment form on my website

Hello. Terms of reference:
1. There is technical documentation stripe: docs.stripe.com
2. Hosting is available
3. Have a stripe account, fully operational
In stripe, there is a one-time payment and a subscription payment (recurring payments). I need to pay for my subscription.
What do you need to do?
- I need a form to enter my credit card details and then pay for my subscription.
