Suggest where and how to deploy a Moodle or EdX server

Need a trial of your own Moodle or EdX server, current questions:

- on which hosting to do (Yandex Cloud, on a bare car or some of the services)
- whether it is possible to roll out of the docker (there are assemblies for both Moodle and EdX, for EdX - devrel assembly), what is the amount of manual settings
- estimating the cost of hosting
- Unaccounted for details

Just in case, Moodle is a PHP system, EdX is a big project on Django, a python. Both are open source, there are docker builds (EdX has several, Moodle has one).

The task is more for those who understand DevOps. Experience with LMS is welcome, but not critical. Write if you also worked as a specialist of technical support or filling of already deployed LMS.
