the plug-in server for CS Go

Your task is to download the server build for CS:GO and to write under it described us plug
You need to write a server plugin for CS:GO that can perform certain logic, described in the TOR(waiting for players, the start of the round, etc.). Send us requests on the web service, get the answers and process them(e.g. to throw out the player who ran out of balance according to our web service). You need to implement interaction with our web service via REST API.
The planned list of methods for interacting with our web service:
/checkUser – a check user at the time of his entry to the server.
/startGame – start of the round(Our web service gets the go-ahead for debiting players ' accounts).
/endGame – the end of the round(sent to the web service statistics, etc.).
/ban is a signal to our web service that the user is banned.
