The problem with billing system/ispmanager

Today hung on domain ssl certificate, changed to the settings bill of Manager panel for the domain. There was a problem with the fact that not correctly hammered ssl data, then everything seems fine.
Rebooted the server

Service httpd does not work, restart via shel
