To configure the form field in Access to enter the phone

In the base Phones in the form of "Telefonsarunas subform" configure field Comtelephone as follows:
1. Phone must be entered and displayed in the format yyy (yyy) xxx-xx-xx EXT. yyyyy, where x is the mandatory digits, y digits is optional.
