To correct the MOODLE code so that you can choose 2021

The Moodle version 1.9.19 is used and contains the maximum date of 2020 for the choice of deadlines.
The code needs to be corrected so that you can choose a date later than 2020 (until 2025)
A similar procedure was done a few years ago.
