To cure a 301 redirect to WP site

any rules, of course, gugliada successfully one option from 7, say, confusing for me reexam,
but the problem with WP is that the redirect is successful only for the main page, all the other site is not valid.

If you go through any rules to htaccess also this option:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{ENV:HTTPS} !on
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
the website goes into a loop

If you install any plugin redirect (with disable rules in htaccess, resp)
- also the site admin of the site leave the loop, we have to tear out the plugin with ftp on a hot...
