To make a plugin for Joomla 3 from JS application

JavaScript, the application displays the position of objects on a map using Leaflet library.
Data (JSON) gets the query to PHP on the server.

There is a blank module for Joomla 3 that displays the map, you need to add or develop a new module for displaying objects in Joomla 3 as on the test page.
