To make a script on the server

the Script should be run on our server every 15 minutes and check for new xml files in a specific folder. The structure of folders and files can be found here http://77.91.194.68/. The task to read xml file and send its contents by email to a specific email. The subject line is the name of the file, the contents of the file in the message body.
