To put products from the website and configure the automatic adding of a new product

Hi all. There is a site on which there is protection as said to me (the token on each request you need, something like this). And there is a link to the vendor in which he gives only the price, item id, name and availability. The problem is that would put this product in automatic or semi-automatic mode, that is, a new product from them and it came to me in the reference XML. It is important to me that would be all stretched in the XML reference (name, item id, category, features, description, photo, availability, price, etc.). Also this should work or on my hosting or as it formed the only I that I then did not depend on servers or hosting contractor. The website and a link will be provided only in PM, because I cant distribute this provider.
