To restore the site to Bitrix from ecapapa to the cloud server

Have a website barclyshoes.ru on Bitrix. On a current cloud server hacked and all the files encrypted. I'll fire up a new cloud server. There we will install the website from backup and make the server secure. The hoster is called selectel.
