To save data from form in CRM Bitrix 24

Need API to push the data from the contact form of the website in Bitrix24 CRM.
Have a booking form on the website. Form submission on the website must:
1. create a contact in Bitrix
2. to create a lead in Bitrix
3. to transfer the lead at some stage
4. to tag Lida
A price quote in response.
