To wear design for the corporate website on Wordpress

There is a design (under review).

You want to make a corporate website, wearing this design on Wordpress.
Never worked with Wordpress in the creation of corporate websites, so asking a few questions:

1. Can the means Bitrix to organize the directory (without purchase options)

2. How will you edit some page elements? For example, on the homepage there is a block: 5 benefits of working with us, which consists of 5 pictures and 5 captions. Where they will be edited in WordPress?

3. Where and how to edit the slider on the main page? Connected revolution slider or something else? As the client will understand the infinite settings of this plugin?

4. Is it possible to protect templates from alteration by the client to nichea not broke?

5. Whether the design is separated from code? That is, will it change the design, simply by choosing a different theme?

6. You need laid out design or just the source file in psd and coding you will do?

Please provide examples of corporate websites with individual design (not a theme from the theme directory, namely the design drawn by the client). Let the value of your work and time.

PS It would be great if you gave me the access to the admin, so I can see how is implemented is described in question # 2 my fears.
