Transfer the project to Laravel to new servers and refinements for TK

We need to move the project to Laravel to new servers: Application server, database server
Projection: Laravel interface, mobile app API (Laravel)

- Set up Linux Ubuntu servers
- Expand the project
- Set up an automatic deplo from the repository
- Run a series of TK finishes (by Interface and API)

Detailed TK will be provided to selected performers.

In the response, be sure to specify the experience and the rate per hour.
