Transfer the site to OpenCart to net VPS

There is a site on OpenCart 2.0.3.1 on the old ISPManager 4.4 control panel. Need:

1) Transfer the site to another VPS
2) Customize new VPS to maximize performance
3) Install a purchased module for OpenCart.
