Translation of WEB application into English - PHP

There is a WEB application, own development, written in PHP, designed to administer the telephony server.
The apps UI looks something like this:

The application consists of several software components-modules (vertical menu), each of which performs a set of its functions and each of which has its own set of elements in the interface.

It is necessary to translate the names of all elements and all messages of all modules from Russian into English. Heres an example of a few more component interfaces to evaluate:

Most (or all) of the components are written in the concept of MVC, so that all element names and all messages are contained in the view (in layout).

The application does not use complex terms, technical English with a dictionary will be more than enough.

To complete the task, we see the necessary experience with the IDE, understanding of PHP at the junior level and access to google translator.
