Update and develop on YII2

Support support/refining and project update on yii2:

- at the moment there is a site on the "legasi" version of yii2 (2015)
- it is necessary from this site to take the finished functionality which has already been created and works at the moment
- create a new project on the current latest version of yii2 and transfer only the functionality that we will need (from the old legasi version)
It will be necessary to work in the same way with MSS-L
Be sure to have a good experience with yii2 !!!
