Update functionality for WordPress ( Woocommerce)

The problem is this:

In online store there is a product placed in different categories. Each category of goods is geographically different warehouses. User places an order by adding item to cart from different categories. Conventionally, he put in the cart 1, 2 and 3 from different categories. Should receive the notification:

1) Full information about order admin (this is standard functionality, and so it works)

2) Warehouse 1 - only information on the commodity 1, warehouse 2 - only information about the product 2, the stock 3 - only information about the product 3. Orders completed separately in warehouses, warehouses are not connected.

3) Courier - only information on storage locations from which to collect the goods
