Update Yii Framework and add two php controllers

Yii has a utility for creating html pages according to a given template with minimal controls and a simple admin panel, we want to update it to the latest versions for easier administration, as well as add a couple of additional selects from the database there and output them to the UI (layout is not needed)

The project is currently running on PHP 7.0 and Yii 2
