Upload videos to Youtube via API

There is a platform where each user can upload a video directly to YouTube through his account. However, for a reason incomprehensible to us, when trying to upload a video of more than 150 MB, we get an error, as I understand that the token is incorrect. In this case, if the video is smaller - then everything is OK

We need help in finalizing the script for uploading videos to YouTube or developing from scratch.

The site was written in laravel. I would like to work with a specialist who knows the framework well and ideally has experience with the youtube API
