!URGENT! GOOD PAY! Restore SQL database 1C (postgre)

Background:
flew the postgre server, which is not allowed to deploy new base, it was decided perestroit physical server (delete all the 1s and put the latest releases and also to do with postgre), removed 9.1.9 and put 9.4.2, tried to connect the database, did not work, restored 9.1.9 but went swearing on what type of files is copied the database and all files deleted
From our base in postgre there was only a folder with spreadsheets, customized data base does not connect normally to the server postgre, complains about the lack of files in the settings
you need to bind the database to the server and run it in 1C
