Using Yii

I have a website built on yii, mysql docker php7. It is a system of automation of hotels. The site was previously frozen, now comes the process of resuscitation. In this regard, looking for a programmer who can take on the development. The task list is not formalised, working with agile methodology and I am looking for a man with whom we can jointly continue the project development.
