We need a parser PDF with visualization and adaptable settings

From the parser you need:

1. That was being parsed, the site pulled information from a PDF file converted to text and formed a database.

2. Also automatically cut out the pictures from this PDF on arbitrary coordinates and link it to the concrete corner.
