We need to fix a number of bugs and get rid of external services

We have a Spanish language school. We have a front end on bootstrap, there is a back end on PHP, a base on MySL and a lot of free and paid services to send messages, write in CRM and so on.

looking for someone who can fix all the current problems and help develop the project in the future.
