Web developer to work under SEO

We are looking for someone who did SEO programming tasks on WP. How youve done things before:

And also, preferably more complex tasks:

Changes in the functional component of the theme
Working with databases
and other tasks sharpened to improve SEO performance.

At the moment we have several tasks:
