Web programmer for joomla

Website in 2 languages on the joomla engine.
Currently ~200 pages * 2 languages

Tasks:
1. Save paths of images
2. Save search results. Ie that the site did not lose the current position in the results
phrases and images.
3. To simplify the structure of the site.
4. Improve code for performance.
5. Save 2 language support.
6. May improve usability (need options)

At the moment there is a Section, the subsections of the page.
Probably the optimal solution from the Sections to do the landing.

Budget and period of time agreed
Formulaic responses (View my portfolio, etc.) will not be considered and deleted immediately.
With all the other personal correspondence will be able to discuss any details.
