WooCommerce PHP – automatically add the order number to Fi

Good evening!
On the website I use WooCommerce plugin WooCommerce Product Add-ons, which enables customers to add various information to the order, including and download images (screen 1).

After the person adds the product to cart all these data are linked to the product (screen 2) and subsequently appear in the order (screenshot 3)

Task:
You need to write code that would be after the creation of the order was renamed the uploaded image in the format of "Namesakes-Filename".

P. S. In the plugin that, unfortunately, is impossible, because it uploads the picture to order creation
