Word Press to make a website/plugin for a site with paid access

Dear Colleagues!

You need to either collect decision on something standard, or to make a plugin for a site with paid access and receive recurring payments (auto debits from credit cards).

Problem: bourgeois plugins accept payments by PayPal, and I need to through their payment system (payU or RFIbank)

A typical scenario:
1. the user pays for access
2. gets paid access to the site
3. on the website there are inside some of the sections are always visible, and some only when the access paid
4. monthly money is debited from the Bank card and the access is prolonged
5. videos are protected from downloading (via VIMEO) – there is an example of a similar implementation (memberless)
6. if extra bed possibility:
A) to buy access to individual pages, temporary or forever
B) hyperromantic paste on protected content
- perfect and beautiful :)
