Wordpress to add functionality with a subscription

Wordpress, sell electronic products on woocommerce.
For realizing goal – the creation of paid subscriptions.
For example a subscription for$ 10 gives you the opportunity to download(buy for$ 0) 50 files 50 files you have purchased subscription expires. Also the subscription ends automatically after a month, if the limit has not been exhausted.
And such subscriptions will be several, will vary the price and quantity of available downloads.
Are woocommerce and woocommerce subscription membership.
Create a product, with the purchase of which the person is given a subscription for a month. Attached to the subscription status (membership plugin), it is given 100% discount on all products.
You need to add a functionality that will count the number of purchases of the person with the subscription and disable it when the limit on purchases with a discount exhausted.
There is a good English documentation for both plugins, but I independently cant get it to work
