working with WordPress site

There is a ready website on wordpress, you need to make some changes.
1) a work unloading of goods from the suppliers website ( about 15,000), you must configure the unloading of goods
2)Add multiple banners on the site and set links to nowich and starich, existing banners.
3)Change the pop-up form to collect mail on new with unisender (register code)
4)Change all URLs on the website (categories, sub-categories and products) from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet using a special plugin
