Write 2 bots in telegram installation on the server and domain to the site

Brief technical specification for points:
1. Write a bot in telegram that will search for channels by criteria / write in private messages to the owners.

2. Write a bot for anonymous communication on the part of the webapp site owner.

3. Installing a domain and rolling a serial on it

4. Ongoing project support and ongoing online
