Write a data-gathering bot through OpenAPI Tinkoff Investments

We need a bot that will pull out exchange data (glass of applications) through OpenAPI Tinkoff Investments.

Tasks: 1. Screening papers that fell by x% per y minute.
2. Collecting data, namely recording changes in the orderbook. Also collect such data as: time, ticker, three best bids, three best asks, number of applications for them.
3. The ability to structure information in the Excel table.
