Write a php script posting links to sites

Script task:
- Storing links in MySQL tables
- Displays links to the sites
Logic script:
- The script should consist of an administrative section and a piece of php code to the file (each page = a separate file)
- Php code manually added code in all pages of the donor site
- xhr in any form is not appropriate because the links for search engines
- When you open the page the script should save in the database the address of the page on which it is situated.
- When you first open the page to add a few links from the database (random links)
- Generate a cache for those pages, so the links did not change, regardless of work base reference
- Record the result in the database (on what page and what links are available).
- The need to overwrite or remove all links from donor sites.
