Write a program script in PHP (Symphony)

You need to write a roulette script. No registrations / admin panel / design. There is a site with different positions, where payment for goods with cryptocurrency is made. It is necessary to additionally screw the "Roulette" as a method of payment.

You only need a script of this very roulette.

Brief essence: a person puts chips, in case of winning receives a positive result, in case of loss - negative, respectively.
